  • Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials for print and/or digital collateral.
  • Determining size and arrangement of the illustrative material, as well as font style and size, color and other related aesthetic elements and abide by the company’s brand guidelines.
  • Delivering concepts by designing examples or rough layout and submitting them for approval.
  • Coordinating with vendors, art services, web designer, marketing, printers, and colleagues as necessary.
  • Making sure the artwork is correct and supplied in the right format/sizes/color codes before being sent to social media platforms and production facilities.
  • Ensure projects are completed with high quality result and on schedule.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions.
  • Ensure all company's relevant basic design material, print or digital collateral (such as fact sheet, business card, etc.) to be always updated and deliver them systematically.
  • Keeping a neat filing system and orderly file naming, organize a tidy record of both hard and soft copy of confirmed designs for the company’s future reference.

  • Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing given tasks, participate in related meetings and adding productive input and pitch in creative ideas when necessary.
